I call on every official in Alaska to:

1. Strip ALL Planned Parenthood funding immediately as H.R. 1 requires.

Alaskans are forced to pay for more than 500 babies to be killed by abortion PLUS more than $4 MILLION for their abortion marketing services.

2. Defund ALL abortions in Alaska.

The 2026 Alaska State Budget prohibits abortion funding under Title XIX of the Social Security Act.

3. Block EVERY effort to restore funding to Planned Parenthood.

States like California, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington have already replaced Planned Parenthood’s funding.

4. Disqualify every organization from Alaska Medicaid that performs, refers, promotes, or profits from abortion.

The US Supreme Court affirmed states have the right to disqualify and defund abortion businesses in Medina v Planned Parenthood.

5. Defend the most vulnerable—without apology, exception, or compromise.

I call on every official in Alaska to:

Defund ALL abortions in Alaska according to Amendment 10 of the 2026 Alaska State Budget.

Block every effort to Restore funding to Planned Parenthood.

Disqualify every organization from Alaska Medicaid that performs, refers, promotes, or profits from abortion.

Defend the most vulnerable—without apology, exception, or compromise.

Alaskans pay for more than 500 unborn babies to be killed by Planned Parenthood.

Our Medicaid program even flies as many as 200 more babies out of state for late-term abortions.

But with your help, abortion funding ends October 1, 2025.

US H.R.1 bans all Federal Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood for one year.

The First Circuit Court of Appeals has allowed H.R. 1 to ban payments to Planned Parenthood.

In Medina v Planned Parenthood, the U.S. Supreme Court has affirmed that every state has the right disqualify and defund abortions.

It’s time for Alaska to catch up.

It’s past time to stop paying for innocent children to be killed.

PETITION

Whereas: US H.R. 1 bans all state and federal Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood for one year on October 1, 2025.

Whereas: God made man in His own image (Genesis 1:26), human life begins at conception, and God instituted government to protect the right to life (Genesis 9:6);

Whereas: Alaska’s Constitution recognizes that “all persons have a natural right to life… are equal and entitled to equal rights, opportunities, and protections under the law;”

Whereas: Government that does not protect the right to life or SUBSIDIZES the KILLING of innocent human beings must be reformed;

THEREFORE: I urge ALL of Alaska’s Elected Representatives to IMMEDIATELY STOP paying for babies to be killed, and to immediately terminate all current and future funding – and remove from Alaska Medicaid – any organization that performs, refers, promotes, or has any interest in abortion and related activities without apology, exception or compromise.
