2024 marks the 54th year of legalized abortion in Alaska making Alaska one of the most progressive and abortion-friendly states in America.
Alaska’s Courts voided Alaska’s Constitution when they created the so-called “Fundamental and Constitutional right to abortion” in 1997.
Alaska’s Courts violated the Alaska’s Constitution in 2001 when they ordered the State to pay every invoice for Medicaid recipients’ abortions.
Alaskans continue to be forced to pay for two of every three babies killed.
Alaska’s Courts declared in 2019 that abortionists have the exclusive authority over whether a baby should be killed and who will pay for his murder.
The LIFE At Conception Act prohibits child-killing in Alaska from the moment of conception without exception to the child’s age, level of development, disability, sex, nature of conception, or any other distinguishing characteristic.
Tell the Governor and every member of the Legislature to support the Life at Conception Act!
