Alaska Right to Life Committee (“Alaska Right to Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
By enrolling in, signing up for, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you may reply STOP to any mobile message from us to opt out.
The Program allows users to receive SMS and MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting in, including through online forms on our website, paper or digital sign-up forms, or by texting a keyword we advertise to (907) 753-6397. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from Alaska Right to Life at the mobile number you provided.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you are consenting to receive calls and texts, including autodialed and automated calls and texts, from Alaska Right to Life. Reply HELP for help or STOP to end. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. SMS opt-in will not be sold, rented, or shared. Mobile Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy apply. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making any donation, purchase, or other transaction with Alaska Right to Life.
Without limiting the scope of the Program, users that opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning Alaska Right to Life’s mission and activities.
Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.
If your mobile device does not support MMS messaging, you may receive messages in SMS format instead.
We do not guarantee that mobile messages will be delivered successfully or without delay. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier or network operator and is outside our control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will use the information you provide in connection with the Program to send you mobile messages, respond to you when necessary, maintain records of consent, and operate and improve the Program. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, share, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or personal information collected through the Program to third parties.
We may disclose your information when required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.
By providing your information in connection with the Program, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful, and that you are authorized to provide the mobile number submitted. If we reasonably believe any information is false, misleading, or unauthorized, we may deny access to the Program.
These Mobile Messaging Terms govern the Program specifically and supplement, but do not replace, our general website privacy policy and other website terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted at https://alaskarighttolife.org/mobiletermsandconditions or another page on our website designated for these Terms. Your continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
